I`m currently running an ABF engine with standard ABF cams. From reading This Thread, I started wondering if it would be worth fitting a specific ABF-Turbo exhaust camshaft ?

I`m running 0.8 to 0.9 Bar peak boost. The boost control solenoid is only operating at 45% duty cycle at the moment.

Would fitting a Turbo exhaust cam, or Turbo inlet & exhaust cams give a worthwhile increase whilst still targetting 0.8-0.9 Bar boost ?

I could run higher boost than I do now, but I don`t want to ;)

The cams are only part of the net sum of components that help to achieve the upper engine torque.

The wee TD04 hair drier would be the first step I would take before shelling out the retail price of 500 + vernier for a set of turbo specific cams.
