I have thinking about changing my sliding sunroof to a tilt/slide. I'm not too worried about the conversion but is it worth the change just to have the tilt function? Any opinions please?
i prefer the tilt slide glass roof, much quieter at speed than the slide only one. shouldn't be too hard to swap over.
My MKII is slide and a bit noisy but I prefer to leave well alone in case it ends up with leaks or worse and tend to keep my car standard (boring maybe to some). Being a mere woman I dare not tamper with it. I turn the music up or shout to drown the noise. Is there such a thing as a quiet MK II?
