Found this gem a while back - just got round to scanning in. This should help many get a better understanding of definitions. Also good for thinking about what happens when putting suspension kits on, and what settings could need correction or could be optimised. HTH
A few interesting nuggets out of a recent mag article on setting up geometry with four wheel allignment and corner weighting equipment: Four wheel allignment is done with warm tyre pressures (ride height?) Whilst doing front toe, the steering is turned 10 degrees to the left and 10 to the right. Whilst calculating castor and camber, this also compares Kingpin Inclination (aka SAI, Steering Access Inclination) and whether each wheel is moving at the correct rate on each lock/checks they're not fighting against each other. Whilst doing corner weights, ARBs are disconnected to avoid unnecessary loading of the suspension in case of ARB distortion.
