Now that there's no search thingy for the old forum..

I'm wanting a decent setup for my Mk2 Golf.. 40mm drop about.. Can be up to 60

Comfortable ride.. not bothered about Racing or anything..

I also want someone to fit them and set up camber and trackinga at the same time..

Any suggestions for products and companys to get them from
    ?

not hard to fit urself with standard tools

then take it to any good garage to set camber and tracking

    on a mk2
    take wheel off

remove bolts from suspension leg one 17mm and one 19mm
and the top bolt not sure of that size

    remove brake pipe from clip

take off suspension and refit as u di to take off

    on the rear remove wheel
take out 17mm bolt from axle and the top bolt from inside the car

then press down rear axle and slide suspension out
    refit as done before

    couple of hours work

don't forget to use spring compressors if you remove the top mounts/springs from the shocks.

i thought the koni top adjustables and eibach springs were one of the best rated setups, think they are about 400+ for parts only though.

i think the only point in goin for (low cost) coilovers over these is if you wanna slam it. unless you can afford to spend up near 4 figures on coilovers that have rebound and bump adjustment on them.

    Koni T/A's with -35mm drop H & R springs with G60 top mounts is a savage set-up

You can use Corrado shocks in the rear for a total koni t/a in car set-up
