T4 Throttle cable for 1.8t conversion

I've heard people say you should use a 1992 T4 throttle cable for this conversion, but GSF list 2 different types, one for the 4 cyl and one for the 5 cyl, anyone know which is the correct one. Cheers.

Use a MK2 golf carb one

 

Thought that was just for the speedo for the O2A box, does it matter which side the throttle body is on, mine is N/S (S3 engine).

 

Hi mate!! its a 1992 T4 2L petrol cabel you need part number is 702721555b 15.64 genuine VW part!! the Mk2 carb one, is about 3foot long and does not fit!! i ordered one!!
the part number for the speedo cable is 192 957 803 not sure about the price!

ive seen a carb one being used, and was just about the right length.
