    thats the sort of look i want my mk2 to have when i strip it and restore it. Been told there is a seat red that does not pink/fade

    An whats so special about this paint compared to every other paint in the world that fades and oxidises if it isnt looked after......?

    Andy's car is a prime example of tornado red when looked after.

    Its just neglect that makes them fade.

    And what size you reckon those wheels are?

    15x9? What et?? thinkin of investing in a set myself.

    Theres a couple of companies ive seen that make wide steels to order, anyone else know any?

    Look like a set of custom steels made from some G60 centres welded into new rims.....

    been told they the seat paint has a chemical in it to help stop fading, my mk2 faded within a week of polishing it, guess it wasn't too well looked after in the beginning

    yeaph have to agree with DuBDuDe you have to look after the red, i give mine a clean and wax once a week[8-}]


    i love the rims me want. any ideas how to do the rims
