Sorry, technical question: Is a croissant bread or pastry?

 

I'd have said technically, it's a pastry...

i was gonna do a double act with dubmuffin at pizza hut...but they ddn't have any garlic bread ....thought that woudl have been worth bonus points

 

Was gonna have a go today but the bread I make is either too warm still or eaten.
