Anyone seen that Lynx Dry advert with the 'fish man'

'He used to sweat so much he'd keep two fish alive...'

anyone else think that was really funny the first time you saw it, the second time.... and after 500 odd times it just ain't funny anymore?!

    or is it just me?

i wish i hadn't gone to Mcdonalds for lunch today, a tescos sandwich would have sufficed and been cheaper and more rewarding....

Hehe, I dropped an 8lb log maul (sledgehammer with an axe face on one side, for splitting wood) on my wee toe weeks ago, on a concrete floor, barefoot - broke it nicely and it still hurts when I walk with my boots on. I look like an eejit walking round the office in socks.

I had one of these for my tea:

    5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE!!

4 tablespoons flour (self raising or plain, doesn't matter)
    4 tablespoons sugar
    2 tablespoons cocoa
    1 egg
    3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons oil (veg or sunflower, Not olive!)
    3 tablespoons chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract and your favourite tipple
    1 large coffee mug

Add dry ingredients to your largest mug and mix well.

Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.

Add the chocolate chips (if using) , vanilla extract and a drop or two of your favourite tipple , then mix again.

Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts (high).
The cake will rise over the top of the mug , but don't be alarmed

Allow to cool a little , and tip out onto a plate if desired.

EAT! (this can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous).

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world?

Because now you are only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night!

    Still hungry.

That sounds amazing! I'm going to try it soon :)

So today after MONTHS of crap.. I've finally won against T-mobile! My phone has been broken and they didn't want to replace it, they just tried fixing it each time and it came back broken 4 times! Had enough of them so spoke to a high up manager and complained until they decided to send me a brand new MDA Vario 4 (top of the line touchscreen phone) to replace my Vario 3!

Free upgrade! So it's been worth it [:D]

I just made Madmonkey's microwave cake but it wasn't edible. I didn't realise until I smelled it cooking that the oil in the oil can was recycled from making indian pecoras... will have another try another time as I was quite excited about it.

A lad starts talking to me friday night boasting about how he's flying off to ibiza in 6 hours.
3 hours later at kicking out time he's blind drunk.
    Holiday? not likely.
