Not to be outdone, thought some of you'd like to see how the other half have to do it!

Please feel free to add your own... to start things off and in no particular order -

    1. Spacer to check the distance when adjusting the 'manual' clutch cable (MK2)

    2. Digifant airflow adjuster... the knurled one is the real deal, the other comes free with Thule roof racks -

    3. A personal favourite, the Top Dead Center stick -

    4. Bosch Kjet injector remover'er -

    5. Kjet 3mm air flow sensor adjuster. Again, real deal on the left, with regular 3mm with ball end (much better) driver -

    6. Button top sensor to spade connection adapter (deluxe version with handle) -

That last piccie's a bad example... it's more for connecting this type of enclosed spade terminal to the button ones -

Forgot the throttle adjustment tool, more for the 205 as it's is well buried down the front of the engine, but also handy for the MK2 -

Wrong title! Not crap tools at all but really useful ones that cost significantly less then the “official” tool and do a better job

I make loads of tools in work, always have. Shims, spacers, clamps, templates, drilling/cutting guides ,holders etc. All for it.
I'll buy the cool Milwaukee/ Facom stuff when I need to, but if I can make it out of scrap pieces I will!

I have a whole 200 Halfords set just for making tools and bits I need. Probably have 1/2 of it left that’s actually useful

Made this up when refitting the MK2's rear beam... was a while ago now and without checking I can't remember the specifics of why and what needed to be 12 degrees...
