    Hi,
    1.6 engine (EG prefix)
Starting from cold the engine ticks over quite quickly
After a short while is slows down to around 900/1000 rpm.

That is ok. Its a bit 'lumpy' but as the car and engine have only done about
40 miles since 2011 that may improve with use.

When the engine is really warn the tick-over slows right down to a speed
that regularly causes the engine to stall.

How should I go about setting it up correctly?

    Thank you.

CO needs checking at no less than 2.0% first then set your idle to your desired 900rpm or so.

Could be an issue with your WUR, or kjet pressure
