    I know we've all heard of ong bak, i've had it since it came out, and saw the video doing the rounds at the time, but i'm sure this training video isn't the same one, ch-ch-check it out:

    Ignoring the acrobatics there are some proper traditional old skool Thai moves in there :thumbup: .

    Had some good ones in a book i had from Thailand though all in Thai, i think it was called Mai Muay Thai iirc?

    Apart from my leg accident i think a jumping knee in my chest was my most painful though i did see a someone else's fight with the jumping downward elbow on someone & that was quite nasty.
