Ignoring the acrobatics there are some proper traditional old skool Thai moves in there . Had some good ones in a book i had from Thailand though all in Thai, i think it was called Mai Muay Thai iirc? Apart from my leg accident i think a jumping knee in my chest was my most painful though i did see a someone else's fight with the jumping downward elbow on someone & that was quite nasty.
