The speed limit is 30mph and it's a busy road. I'd estimate he was doing 80mph looking at the damage to mine front and back and the damage to my neighbours car (parked directly behind me). My car was shunted so hard into his that it also crushed the back of mine badly.

He was lucky really, his car came in at an angle and it was the back axel that hit the front of mine, so the damage to his doesn't look to bad. Looking at the damage if it had been a front on crash he would have killed both himself and the passenger im sure.

Dunk matey, feel bad for you!! [xx(]

like the others and yourself said: what a waste of a near MINT 90' spec mk2 GTi!! [:^(]

the speed limit on that road is 30, and - before his house there is a left bend, which you do have to slow considerably for, so I'd say you should be looking at around 20 MPH approaching your house from the bottom end Dunk.

its a shame he didn't die tbh.

hope you find a new GTi very soon!!

    Martin.
