agree with gary also. back before i went mad with the astra i did a couple of track days with nothing more than some -35mm springs and a set of 16's. 3 major problems, first is brakes were non existent after a couple of laps, clutch not too far behind, and traction out of corners was dire, inside wheel spinning for glory.
Hehe My point is though Darren, the current trend of prepping a car for track days, without having done any in a standardish car, just seems crazy to me.
