ok apart from the obvious sports exhaust panel filter what else can i do to extract more power from these engines i dont want to go over the top and spend silly moneyso no head work or cams and ive already got a 50mm inlet manifold so any help would be greatfull ps has any1 got a set of 1990 golf gl arch spats they wanna sell me

best 80 i ever spent on my car was at stealth cheapest 12bhp i'll ever get too Without head and cam work you're limited to the usual stuff like exhausts and manifold upgrades, though i seem to remember there being some debate on the effectiveness of ex manifolds.
cheers guys will let every1 know how it goes once ive got the car rebuilt whats this i hear about modding a kr exhaust cam and using as a inlet cam any1 got any info on this
