I'm after some really grippy, don't care how long they'll last, road legal tyres for the front end of my polo that is running on mk2 golf gti steels.

The reason being is that i'll be at santa pod next weekend and i want to get as much grip as possible off the line. I have all the right toys transmission wise, paddle clutch, lightened flywheel, 100% locking plate type diff, uprated driveshaft so the weak link at the moment the tyres (and my right foot lol)

What would you guys recommend and from where

    Cheers

    Toyo 888

    ( Avon ACB10 (crossply) ... probably the best but only available in 13 & 15" )

Try to find some part worns from somewhere that deals in rally / trackday tyres.
