Maybe someone can put me out of my misery... found these in the box of bits for the MK1's front/rear wipers. I've accounted for all the pieces I need and these are surplus (at least to the MK1's wiper set up). Odd thing is I recognise them and can see them in my minds eye, but just can place where they go, so am guessing I've somehow put them in the wrong box. No VW numbers etc. on them and they're each about the size of a penny.
Initial thoughts were that it was a wiper spindle blank also, but have those and they're different. May well still be, just that they're from some other car. Having said that can't image what one... definitely not the 205 / MK2 nor the various dailys, either past and present. They're hard'ish plastic, took me a while to find a coin for size comparison (and not one of them was a penny) in our cashless household for size comparison.
