    GpA VW/Seat uprights as fitted to 'Touring Car' Mk1 Seat Toledo - with added centerlock hubs :)

    Ford Revoknuckle.....very interesting 'take' on the McPherson strut idea and very worth an investigation (pic from Mountune stand at Autosport)

    renault's double axis strut came on the go about the same time as the revo knuckle
    but renault used it in the megane in 2004 long before ford used it in the focus rs

    I've been thinking about that and there's a engineering company over the road from me that makes parts for old bikes gearboxes brakes everything I'm sure they can do all that sort of thing :thumbup:

    So here is a picture of one of the hubs not the best but have a look and we can talk about bump stater and Ackerman angle which I know nothing about:o
    So tell me what you think and what pictures you want and I'll try my best next week lol

    Ooh, their nice. Want to sell em mista?

    The steering arm is turned into an S shape so that it is lowered to correct bump steer, but also bent inwards into the enter of the car to change Ackerman. Apparently these mods improve turn in and mid corner 'feel'.

    It gives it more Ackerman and makes the inside wheel turn more during cornering

    What kind off toe settings did you have with this rob

    Had em straight ahead or with just a hint (2mm axle total) of toe out.

    Pics show race hubs , std 16v hub and a vr6 one for good measure lol
    If you want more detailed let me know and I'll see what I can do lol

    REMEMBER don't try this at home unless you a metallurgical expert [:s]

    Yes you can but this kills three birds with one stone

    One it makes the steering faster free quick rack if you like

    Two it gives you more Ackerman moving it's point forward of the rear axle
    This dose a few things one of them it inproves turning in

    Three you have improved the bump streer at a lower ride night

    looks like a standard pattern race upright what like quaife etc make
