    Congratulations, Rich, on your winning picture. It went into the lead straight away and there was no doubt who was going to win. Bit like Jenson Button, really!

    It was a good entry overall, so keep them coming for May's competition, which I'll announce as soon as Rich has chosen the subject.

    PS. Andy - you must tell me what that alien thing is in your baby's bathwater!

    Great picture, got my vote!

    As for my pic, if you've seen the film 'The Abyss' you'll recognise the water tentacle:

    I was lucky to have the camera with me while it was attacking my son in the bath.

    Of course, in reality it was just me pouring water from a jug in one hand and trying to snap it cackhandedly with the other! Professional, all the way.

    impossible to get decent shots, low light was just a joke. Flash was bad even for a compact. Often blurry, and also picture quality was poor. Bought a sony cybershot for half the price and it was much much better
