It depends on what make of coil pack it is on your car, on some you can just buy the coil pack instead of buying the whole unit which comprises of a coil pack and amplifier If you have to buy the lot then its open wallet surgery Im afraid
me too, but it ain't in perfect condition. i got one of a ford galaxy v6 for 25...its like new you may wanna try fords actually, as their parts tend to be cheaper than vw. what makes you think its faulty? you may wanna check out vr6oc.com for any vr6 problems.

[:^(] Closer investigation shows a "repair" has been tried in the past, and one off the posts feels loose! I think the spark lead is holding it on.
ah, ok, its pretty definate then. just a lot of people seem to think they have coilpack probs when its not necessarily that.
