Right basically few months ago did the timing chains on my vr, ran her up after timing spot on etc had a few elec issues but that was all sorted and ran fine however noticed there was oil leaking from the top chain cover, and I took the inlet and rocker off etc and removed the hydraulic tensioner and removed the chain cover, resealed etc then ran up and it runs like it's missing? Problem is me being In a rush I completely forgot to put the timing bar in at first And every so often there's not a nice noise coming from rocker area, is it guna be a whole pain in the **** ahhhhhhhh

Ok so I've put the timing bar in the cams and looked at the crank and it's spot on? It was running really bad and back firing and when tuk put hands on the inlet manifold the noises Wernt exactly pleasant :/

Have you definitely got your ignition leads in the right order?

Check your injector plugs/wiring. Might have disturbed/damaged one.
