    The secret would be HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure).

    You can see a guy in the video put his hand under the jet, and it`s not that high pressure.

    And the pack is only the nozzles and some controls, since the pump is housed in the little speed-boat looking craft the pipe attaches to, so will be extremely light (<10kg at a guess.)
