I am looking at re-designing my website. I have the full Adobe Master collection which comes with Dreamweaver and Fireworks.

Other than the above what else is there out there that's simple - yet can create decent looking websites?

I made my current one with a WYSIWYG type programme called Web Page maker. Its pretty good.

I don't have a massive understanding of HTML/CSS/JAVA etc - but I have just got a few books out the library about it all.

I used Kompozer to design a website. I have absolutely no idea about HTML etc but used a free template and tweaked it slightly.

Webplus X4, intuitive with all the tools, I used it to build a site from scratch.

Adobe packages are hard work to learn.

Dreamweaver is tops, I use it all the time and it really produces some good site. I always create a mock up in photoshop, then slice it up in fireworks and use CSS in dreamweaver to pin it all together again.

If you want to create any Flash media, I use SwishMAX which is a cheap but powerful alternative to Adobe Flash, plus there is a lots of add-ons and plugins on their forums!
