Hi guys im either gona get a 16v gti engine for my 1988 cl golf or a webber conversion. but i want twin 40s, and i already know that my head will not be able to fit them in unless i change to a crossflow head, which will give me somewhere for them to fit. any1 know where i can get a new/used crossflow head from? thanks
A X-flow head (some ventos, new beetles, Mk4 golf onwards I think) will probably cost more than a complete 16v engine. Suggest you should go the 16v route. What's the car for - road or a track / competition toy?
