Does anyone know of a supplier in the UK, seems they can be picked up easily in the States, but are like hens teeth over here.

I was wondering if you could make these easily at home.

    Guessing steel / 2mm ?

You'll get them at any heavy piping supplier - you're looking for butt weld elbows. Probably cheapest to go to a large central heating installer and get a few.

I guess they have a constant diameter throughout the bend with no necking...

Yep. They aren't expensive either. Find a pipefitter working locally, slip him a few quid and you're all set......

Just ask him for plain steel weld elbow fittings - you don't need any of the fancy stuff. You get them in short or long radius, you'll probably use short for a manifold. Sizes from about 15mm up for weldable stuff. Two elbows, two tees and about a foot of plain pipe is all you need to get for a 4 cylinder manifold, assuming you have your head flange and a suitable turbo flange (demon tweeks can get them).
