hi, im wondering what type of alarm to fit to my mk2 golf??

there is a scopian alarm fitted before i bought the car but the alarm goes off after a few minutes!!

do you think it would be better to get it repaired or install another??

What actually make the alarm go off?? is it the little sound dectors in the car?

GO for Clifford or viper, they are the best alarms on the UK market. Both have Cat 1 versions and they are very reasonabole in price.

Make sure it is CAT 1 and i have a cobra... never any problems

  4. Scorpion went out of business sometime ago but now are back
i think the cost of it being looked at would be better spent on a new alarm

Most are good ( depending on fitter ) I like Toad but that is just me
