What can cause wheel to sit bent?

    Car was involved in a bump where the wheel hit the kerb. The wheel is now sitting bent. What is the damage most likely to be. I know you wont till you have had a look but just wanting an idea

    Bent Wishbone, Steering Arm, suspension strut, subframe, the wheel itself or even hub maybe.


    All depends on how hard it hit.

    If its front the weakest parts are wishbone and strut mounting points(to the hub)

    Wishbones and driveshafts are too easy to bend, as are rear beams.

    ive been sideways into a kerb!!
    Wishbone and hub every time!

    I think its the one that was sold with EssThree's dyno plots. Also requires a VIC check by the looks of the other thread.
