What car would you buy for 10k

If you had 10k to spend on a everyday car what would you get i like the mk5 golf gt tdi's but they are about 12k 2nd hand

 

Would probably get an Audi s3.

newish A3/A4 would be my choice.

or an older passat/Mk4 with change spare for your mk1

 

A mk4 golf anniversary! i love them! don't know if i'd go petrol or diesel though, but dont need to worry about that until i have the money for one!

 

Easy....e36 M3, or a e46 323/325 coupe

 

But tbh if i had 10k i'd not spend it on a 10k car...either buy a VR in good cond for 3-4 k and supercharge it, coilovers, wheels, and a bit of bodywork...

Or i'd save up another 5k and buy a 330 e46!

 

S3, Scooby STI, V6 4-Motion or if i was brave enough an Integrale

if it was free money id buy a lotus 7 or an ac cobra kit car....

if i had worked for it id buy a mk2 gti and bank the rest....

 

R33 Skyline GTR, if you don't go crazy with them then you can easily use them everyday. There is a standard one in my local autotrader for 9995.

 

well i got my lupo tdi thats been tweeked chiped/coilovered/wheels/body work ive almost paid that off so im thinking new car and part x or sell mine

I would spend the money on my mk2 16v. Rebuild from scratch. Galvanise chassis etc.Oh. And chuck a supercharger at it.
Mind you prob cost more than 10.000 but hey.
