    Hello

After swapping the original old cracked dash and sorting heater matrix out (ugh) I'm at a loss as to what this connector is for:

It's in same 'loom' place as the connector for the fan blower motor - passenger footwell.

Car is 1984 GL 1.6 auto. No wing indicators. Pretty sure the loom is original.

I've looked through the Haynes wiring diagrams but can't find a reference to brown and green with brown.

Any help appreciated - I can't see anything that's not working but would be good to know :)

Just had a thought - could it be for the pass side dash speaker? There's plenty of loom 'work' evident for the head unit and speakers, and current dash speakers don't use OEM connectors / have different wires routed.
