its a 4gb one, is it worth buying an addon hdd from ebay etc, can get a 20gb for not alot.

 

get a 250G one a proper official xbox 360 one then you can install all your games so they run better keeps the disk's nice and cuts loading times down

the cheep ebay ones void the system warranty and i have herd of them going wrong and messing xbox's up

 

i bought a 250 straight away so i wouldnt know, friend of mine just added the 250gb hard drive to his 4gb one as he was running out of memory, all depends on what you want to spend really, i think this is the one he got

best bet really for example Battlefield 3 with the HD content and both single player and multi player disc's install and the new 2GB update comes in at just under 20GB

 

must games be installed? he has got 3 games and has had a go on each i wasnt prompted to install. sorry if these questions are stupid i am not a console owner.


ps what are the usbs for?

 

installing the games makes them run smoother and prolongs the life of the box apparently, the dont "have" to be installed its just preferable, the usb can be used to move save files about or putting pictures on etc etc

 

Why not? Hook it up to your router to keep the console and the games up to date with patching.

deako to be honest i didnt know it was age restricted, he has not got cod and now i know its 18 i dont think it will be in his collection.

 

The age ratings on games are the same as age ratings on movies Collie. Pay attention to them.

 

I'm serious. Games have changed a lot. If you haven't played much in recent years, the sexual and adult content is a lot stronger now, so definitely don't go buying an 8 year old some of the racier games.
