Had the bbs rm's epoxy coated everywhere so removed the excess on the bolt face before bolting them up. The rears came off after being on the car a week, but the fronts are stuck on solid. Have had a few tugs (easy) trying to get them off with no luck.

Any top tips for removal dubbers?

Hit the wheel from behind with a rubber mallet a bit at a time, turning it while you do, should work off bit by bit.

I've had wheels stuck on so badly (G60 steels - rusted on) that I've had to undo the wheel bolts a few turns and take it for a slow drive, throwing the car from side to side. If they still don't budge, try a handbrake turn.

I tried the hammer and lump of wood methods, but all I was doing was pulling the car off the stands.

You need a dead blow hammer. These have what looks like small bb shot in the head and gives it more impact when you hit something. Machine mart do them, we use them for work and they work a treat.

    I use a KUNG-FU KICKā„¢

If chuck norris roundhouse kicked your wheel, all wheels within a 1 mile radius would fall off

Worked a treat - the bolts were a couple of rotations from being tight & worked loose after 100 meters. You can hear them when they break free.
