Where can I get custom intercooler pipes made up? I want some for my 20VT. Bends etc Pref with 25mm outlets etc for dump valve & swaged ends? Cheers
Find somebody local with a tig welder etc and have them do it. Specialist places will charge you a fortune for not a lot of work. I'm doing my own pipe work but as I don't have a swager, il cut a thin piece of tube maybe 4-5mm, then cut this into two semi circles and tack onto the pipe and fill the gap in the middles.
I made mine in stainless,at 4 for a 90 degree bend you can't moan!,you can make just about any kind of bend by cutting a 90 up,I just cut and tacked it in situ then fully welded it after
