which cable operated TB

Can anyone help please, trying to see what cable opperated tb I could use to replace a DBW tb. engine is out from a mk5.

 

Wrong section?

Or if it is in the right section, diesels don't have tb's.

And it's not easily possible to convert new diesels to mechanical injection and a throttle cable.

 

There must be a way round it?

 

Remote mount the DBW throttle pedal somewhere and run a cable to it to pull it. It's not gonna look pretty though, unless you box it in.
