Which oil for ABF 2L 16V ?

as the title says, just want to know what all are running in these engines ?

Seen 5w40 to 10w40 also is Semi Synthetic better for these engines ?

OR
10W 40 SEMI SYNTHETIC a better choice ???

I asked Opie for our race car and they came back with Silkolene PRO S 5W-40 Ester Synthetic Oil

 

think the ms (motorsport) is a full synthetic 15/40
