Which oil?

    Im sure this has been asked many times but I cant find much info on it.

    Its a stage 2 tuned AUQ, around 220bhp (1.8t)

    The only thing I found was to use an oil id never head of before and it was 5w-40

    Ive always been uswed to buying the best oils I can in the past from Millers cfs/nano and Castrol (for M series engines) etc so I just want the best for this AUQ lump.

    I'm using 5w 40 nano drive on my 1.8t. Was recommended by opie oils after a phone call.

    Use oil that meets the VW 505.xx requirements.
