Which throttle body?

    I've got two throttle bodies one cam off a 1.8KR with a 42mm manifold and the other came from a Passat/corrado 9A with a 50mm manifold. Which one should i use on my 2litre 16v? It has a KR head if that makes any difference to your opinions.

    mmm not sure. i haven't inspected both together side by side. but i thought one might be bigger than the other. that's why i was asking really :)

    i think there the same tbh its just the manifold ports that are different but if you do have both there do some measuring will be intresting to see if theres a difference,start with a p/n check

    will do then. Will have to be with a ruler. no vernier here. :)

    the size will be identical, only difference is throttle switch/tps arrangment, so match it up to the engine managmnet you're using

    ah i'll use the one off the KR then as that has already been running on Kjet management. cheers dude.
