sold the leather interior [:^(] will give me some money for nurburg trip, the plan was to get a bucket seat but i quite like the gti seats i got to replace the leather , i dont think i will bother fitting rear seats as you cant sit in them with cage in anyway ! and the gti seats felt like the weighed a lot less than the old leather seats did
to keep noise down on the way to germany am still to do a uk track day! im addicted to the nurburg ring, it keeps calling me lol im thinking about tinting the rear windows due all the looks it now gets with cage in, every boy racers eyes seem glued to it
my was Serpentine Belt Tensioner was getting noisy ,new from vw 70+ but its only the bearing that goes , so replaced bearing with 6203-2rs 5
got car out of winter storage today took for spin ,it feels great as normal, took it for quote for repair to sill , only 60 and they can do it tomorrow!.. so sill cover can go back on and already for summer track duty
Really like this, got myself a mk3 vr as a run about and track toy. Going to uprate the front bushes too tighten up the front. Whats your camber set too?
