I have a raceland one, that isnt in use yet, but looks good, the welding is of a good standard. TSR sell them too, i think that the do a tall block one for the mk2
ive just purchased a 4 branch off ebay for my 2E conversion in my mk2, its on its way now. paid best part of 190 delivered, has flexi built in aswel they say its a race 4-1 but think basically its a 4-1 manifold lol. looks nice on pics, just hope it fits ok but at end of the day....i do work at an exhaust/tyre place so ill easily modify it if get clearence trouble due to the taller block.
it would be good to compile a list of whats available for what - LHD and RHD Mk1,2,3 golf Ibiza Scirocco (if different to Mk1 golf) Short block and tall block 8V
jimmy gti - let us know how you get on is it a hottuning one i bought one but they sent me a set of coilovers so i kept them now exhaust main/downpipe is blowing really bad! how are you going to overcome the 4-1 to middle box mk3 style clamp?
mk3 decat pipe, or A few pics my wrapped manifold the opened out flange on the manifold Flexi joint the sealing part the length of the pipe, altho if your getting one made make it 6 inches longer. how mine is fitted to the car the flange, funny word!! the connecting pipe is 2 inch od which is the same as my scorpion system you can see how i conect the two parts in one of the photos
Rob thats a raceland one 'tweeked' for my needs. but yes RHD from a dude on here! originally from ebay! The open lambda boss was added for AFM & EGT Guage, the blocked off on wasnt used because it point downwards and the sensor would collect crap.
