I'm in Wycombe mate. Driving a Pug 206, but will hopefully be driving my Rallye Vr6 (in my sig) sooner rather than later.

Theres quite alot of us from Wycombe in here, check the "Watford and High Wycombe Meet" thread in the "Other, non Club GTI related, Events and Meets" section and you'll get some ida as to who. :)

Has anyone seen the mad mk3 with crome wheels, sky blue paint and smoothed out bodywork cruising around the streets of Wycombe?

If you havent, make sure your in Frogmore on a Friday or Saturday night, youll be able to here the insanely loud sound system before it comes round at the usual 1st gear tickover speed!!!!!

Does anybody know of this Golf?

You wouldn;t happen to be talking about this errrrmmm fine piece of Auto-motive machinery would you?

If so, its a Mk3 Vr6 with Mk2 Wheel arches, (horrible,IMHO) lexus rear lights, about 17 subs in the boot, with playstation,DVD player etc in teh car. ALl teh Body mods were done by Simon Kerr at Autobody centre on Queens road (opposite the VW garage). Same fella thats doing my car. The car was painted by someone else though, a mate of the guy that owns it I believe. He got it done cheap, and in the sun light, close up the bonnet in particular, looks like it was done cheap.

Yeah, the colours quite nice and the quality of the work, with regards to the body mods, is pretty good too.

But I do agree that it does ming. The guy that did it isn't proud of what it looks like either, but its what the customer wanted, so he did it!
