Will it fit???

Just been asked if a mk1 16v 4 branch manifold (ashley one)
wil it fit a mk2 16v ok.

I think not personally but maybe wrong, any confirm this please?

isnt the mk1 16v just a mk1 with a mk2 16v engine

 

yep but the ashley four branch was made so it didn't fowl the mk1 steering rack I was told
so may not fit the mk2 bulk head (different shape)

 

i see sorry i thought you meant onto the clinder head

 

No it won't fit - rack and subframe in the way.
