will mk3 agg head fit and run on a 1.8 mk3

Hey all, how do. My friend has a P reg mk3 1.8 injection and the cams seized in the head due to oil blockage issues..
My question is, does the mk3 gti head inc camshaft fit and run correctly if fitted to the 1.8 engine. The mk3 AGG head.

If this current head is a single point injection type, then the AGG head will not work as it has different inlet manifold face for the multipoint injection.
