Looking to get a winter car in the next few weeks. The 16v will be cosied up in the garage under cover for the horrible weather come the end of september I've seen a Passat estate 1.8s with 120000mls for sale at 800 on a v-plate. It looks fine in the pics and has 3 months ticket left but all other Passat estates seem to be a few pounds more! If anyone has any advice on what to look for when i go to see it as I'm no mechanic and unsure of hidden dangers. Also it's in my price range, not alot of funds left after a summer of Golf GTi Thanks in advance.
