I'd be wary of those Neil.

First pair I bought were similarly cheap, but after a while ([:$] ) I realised that they were LHD versions, with the aero profile the wrong way round for RHD. Seller (ebay) claimed not to know what I was on about when I queried it later.

This listing of yours claims to fit either LHD or RHD, but I'm dubious, as it doesn't show how they can be reversed. If the profile is symmetrical, they won't work as aero wipers are meant to.

Gen. VW are a better bet IMHO, Polo 6N ones or something fit.

I have cheapy cheap eBay specials, they're still working fine 3 years later on their second car.

They were also cheaper than the ones in your link, they're pretty expensive compared to others on the bay! [:p]

I put some aero blades on my old mk2 - they weren't cheap ones, but they were miles better than the standard blades for clearing muck of the window. (I now have fitted on the lard mobile too)

Buy cheap, buy twice, etc, etc...

GSF will do you a pair of genuine Bosch ones for 20 each, and will last you years.

A pair of aero wipers... ;)

They fit in exactly the same way as standard wipers.

Not anymore, you just buy the aeros that fit to standard arms.

Aye - Bosche "retro fit" aero blades on mk3 atm. They are miles better than standard blades. If your really anal I believe there is a mod you can do using a lupo gti wiper arm and a wiper arm from something else (can't remember what exactly) - but the cost is approx 65 and not worth it.

I'm just about to mod the rear wiper arm to a bmw 1 series arm and mk5 golf gti flat blade as the rear wipers on mk3's are utter b0ll0x:thumbup:
