Wishbone bushes and silicone spray

Okay first of all does anyone know where i can get hold of some silicone spray? the stuff for lubricating rubber items like suspension bushes, window seals etc

Secondly, replacing mk1 front wishbone bushes, can i just use a puller and a bolt to install the new one's or do i realy need a press?

 

I just pressed my poly bushes in using a vise but different types may be
harder to fit.

Fitting standard vw items, hmm hadnt thought about using the vice, what does everyone else think?

 

I used a vice with 2 peices of wood on my bugpack bushes.

I used Copper Ease too.

 

All sorted, found some silicone spray in halfords, used a length of threaded bar, some nuts and washers and a socket, all went very smoothly
