Hi, my mk2 (16v KR, now converted to 9A) has an annoying issue - when I start the car from cold it starts fine and idles, but if I even tap the accelerator (in gear or not) the engine splutters and sometimes stalls. After about 2-3 minutes of having the engine on the issue goes away, and when I start the car from warm it's fine. I don't mind just waiting for the engine to warm up in the mornings before I drive off, but it would be handy to sort this out. Cheers Roy
Thanks for that link, I guess I will have to give it a thorough going over! I was just checking to see if anyone knew of anything obvious/common that might cause it.
