On a large document I use regularly I need to duplicate several text entries which are repeated throughout the document. ie if I type a contact name on page 1, it will automatically update the name where it appears elsewhere, say page 7 and 13. I've tried copying the original and pasting a link where I need it to update, the name appears, but if I change the original the linked names don't update.
