    i've been quoted £160 for 4 new wheel bearings.....thats supplied & fitted??

    i fought it was a lil bit too much but i am aware it is a pig of a job.....wot do u think guys????

    pretty good i wouldnt mind paying that.

    i paid 32.75 for one rear a couple of months ago.

    Thats not bad considering you need to strip off all the front hubs do the bearing and rebuild.

    It'd need a tracking check aswell remember.


    But why you replacing all 4 - only replace them when they are noisy?

    Surely all 4 aint noisy? [:s]

    not all four are noisey!!!...2 rears and n/s front - it was supposed to be mot'd 2moro [:^(] [:^(]

    so i'm gonna have the bearing's done now before the mot is done!!!

    i rekon he'll track it for me in the price too!!!!

    Paid 135.00 last Friday for both front bearings, front discs and pads and an mot but I supplied the parts so looks like a bargain. :clap:

    aye sounds good! why not tackle the rear ones your self? and knock the price down abit?

    Yeah, the rears are urine easy, i'd do them myself personally. The parts are 60 quid inc vat and postage from GSF, so your basically paying 100 quid labour.
