My brother spotted this on his way to work the other week. No other cars at the scene, but it looks like someone tagged his rear quarter and sent him into the traffic lights. A female officer tried to run after him to get him to delete the picture, but she was too slow for him! Oddly it only took a couple of hours for them to replace the lights and road signs. I drove past and you wouldn`t know there had been an accident. Normally they`d just sweep the debris to the side and leave the stump in the ground with some tape round it.
Neilston for my sins actually! I`m living in Manchester now, but was up a couple of weeks ago seeing the folks. My brother lives just up the road from the Watermill and walks past there on his way to work.
So whilst she cahsed you, she let some other person take pics of it ? ? ? the man in the cream top in the background ! ! !
Why would she chase you to delete a pic? Everyones got camera phones these days so she'd be fighting a losing battle surely? hehe
It was my brother that took the picture/was chased! She gave up pretty quickly anyway, obviously realising the futility of it as Dublass says ^^^
I heard somewhere that when a police officer has an accident they get taken off the road until an enquiry has been done to asses how it happened.. wether thats true or not who cares fantastic pictures
