Tried searching for the above but I'm a complete luddite and failed miserably. Can a moderator find the threads for these and copy them into this new section please?

i dont want to spam the fantastic thread already started relating to part numbers for the metering heads and WUR, but i have a question, is it possible to use a WUR from an EV 1.8 Kjet (0 438 140 118)
on my 9A with KR head? or do i need to source a different one KR one? 9A one?

i also have a brand new (and no idea where it came from) WUR with part number 0 438 140 052 if anybody can identify its origin!

    thanks

    Rick

I think that you can use it but my understanding is that it will be set up for an 8v metering head so your fuel pressure may be out & this is very tricky to adjust on an 8v WUR.

If the new WUR you have is bigger than the EV item has a brass screw cover on the back and a vacuum take off on the side it's probably a 16v jobbie.

0 438 140 052 comes from 2.8i Ford and I am been looking for it all over the internets.
If it is for sale I would be highly interested.
