Tub - if the guy goes on MK2 Kjet then he'll need to mod the bonnet cos the MK2 inlet, BUT if he uses the mk3 loom and the MK3 inlet he wont need to

Only prob with the MK3 stuff is that the airbox wont fit, its too big, so you need to get a cone type filter or get hold of a G60 airbox I think. Basically something other than a MK2 16V one will work I reckon

I'm gonna leave my cone on, but section it off from the engine bay like you see all the G60's done. It gets hot in there at times

Oh, and Trev, the washer bottle is from a MK2 equipped with headlamp washers - I saw it and thought it would be good to fit. It holds a mahoosive 9.2L - a fair bit of weight I reckon [:$]

yeah the engine I've got came out of a mk2 so the loom is already to plug and play (in a 90 spec fuse box).

I was told that the mk2 it came out of ran a mk3 subframe tho and that I might have clearance issues. It's gonna be a track car mostly tho so a hefty dunt with a hammer will sort and clearance issues!

    cheers for the info.

    Ian.
