Guys, how difficult is it to get hold of these x-flow heads? Im going to be chucking a 2.0 bottom end on mine with forged pistons, and cranking the boost up to 1 bar. Just wondering if it would be advantagious to run x-flow? Which manifold changes position?

the inlet moves around to the front. the exhasut ports are the same as the stupid no-cross flow head.

I can get you one imported from the States if you want one?

Use the lower half of the cross flow one, and make you're own plenum. you don't need long intake runers on a turbo motor. Look at the 20vT for instance.

Are the (excuse terminology) things which connect to the ports custom, or robbed from another lump?

that's the lower half of the crossflow manifold, just cut down, with that custom plenum welded to it.

hey Phat....I've got one of the turbo technics exhaust manifolds sitting in my cellar ready to be fitted to my mk1 . I also have a g60 management system, so I'm going to use digifant head and a g60 bottom end, or the other option is forged schmidt pistons on a standard block, which I also own

whats the best option, g60 block or rebore and pistons, as you seem up on these matters

I only want mild (190ish) bhp so what injectors would be best to use, standard g60 or bigger

If I do the g60 lump, anyone interested in the schmidt pistons(with rings) drop me a mail and we can discuss a price ;) (hope thats not classed as advertising)
